    How the enemy uses Division

In the words of Paul ; To my brothers and sisters in Christ and everyone who calls on the name Jesus Christ, Grace and peace be with you from God our father and the lord Jesus Christ.

Since the beginning of time, division has played a significant role in the Fall between heaven and humanity, and it continues to plague us now. Now, what is division? It is the act of dividing or separating into parts any entire body. 1 Corinthians 12:12-14 reminds us that, just as the human body has many parts, it remains one; so it is with Christ. We were all baptized into one body, one spirit, and each with a purpose. Let it be clear that the enemy’s goal is to remove us from that body.

We can find the enemy’s first attack in Genesis 3. The master of confusion began with Eve: “Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, ‘Did God really say, ‘You must not eat from any tree in the garden’?’ (Gen 3:1). This reveals the enemy’s nature; he didn’t attack her with force, but with a suggestion that led her to question God’s direction. He planted doubt in Eve’s heart. Many of us can relate: division often starts when we question God’s word, His goodness, and His intentions for our lives. Just like Eve, the moment we begin to reason with deception, we step away from intimacy with the truth. Deception led to desire and the fruit’s appeal. Tempted, she ate and then offered the fruit to Adam. Afterward, both of their eyes were opened, and they realized they were naked. What God had made as one was now divided. Filled with guilt, the effect of deception was shame and seclusion, which led them to hide from God—as if He couldn’t find them. The result of deception was separation from what was once communion with the Almighty. They hid from the One who had walked with them daily. That’s always the enemy’s goal: to divide, isolate, and make us feel unworthy of God’s presence.

Brother and sister, I want to call you out of hiding and expose how the enemy spreads division. In this series, P’laga: The Enemy’s Weapon, we will examine the different faces of division and show how God’s word brings light to each one. We will explore spiritual, doctrinal, racial, cultural, and internal divisions. Each article will help us see how these fractures impact our faith and how the Lord restores what has been torn.

The same spirit that gave life to Adam now brings unity to the Body of Christ. The enemy thrives on division, but unity defeats him. I urge us to examine our hearts and identify where we have allowed separation. This is a call not just to notice division but to actively pursue healing.

In conclusion, it is my hope that this journey leads you to greater clarity and restoration. May you continue to seek truth and walk in the light revealed by His Spirit, finding wholeness one step at a time.

This won’t be just a series but a callback to wholeness. —

I pray that the lord may speak truth to your heart , remove the veil from your eyes to see light and truth so that what was once blurred by deception becomes clear through his spirit
